An integrated system for the entire business.

dmu ONE is an integrated management system that brings together different parts of the business in one mobile application. It doesn't just record income and expenses; It follows the entire life cycle of the business, from the first contact of the customer to sales, from stock to supply, from project to operation, from employees to accounting and reporting.

Sales, finance and customer are part of the same story.

The application has 67 functional modules under 13 main areas. On the finance side, income, expenses, cash, bank, receivables, debt, future periods and budget are managed. On the sales side, there are offers, orders, flash sales, completed jobs, cancellations and returns.

While CRM tracks companies and leads in the sales funnel, the marketing module associates the advertising budget with both the financial expense and the customer gained. Thus, it can be seen which marketing method produces customers and income.

The cost is also recorded as the product enters the warehouse.

On the product and supply side, barcoded product cards, stock, counting, warehouse, shelves, suppliers, purchase requests and product recipes are managed.

When you purchase a stock, the product quantity increases, the supplier history is updated and an expense occurs on the finance side. When a production work order is completed, the components in the recipe are dropped from the stock and the manufactured product enters the stock.

The work done in the project is visible in the operation and cost.

On the project side, customer, amount, deposit, task, personnel, duration, materials used and cost are combined on the same project.

A task in the project can be transferred to the operation; Assignment and status changes made in the operation are reflected back in the project. The work completed by the employee is recorded in the personnel task history. Thus, sales, projects, operations, inventory, human resources and finance are not disconnected from each other.

Employee registration shows the impact of labor on the business.

In human resources, personnel, salaries, leave, overtime, advance payments, warnings, embezzlement, candidates, training and performance are managed.

Transactions such as salaries and advances are related to finance; Project and operation durations also feed into the project cost with employee history.

Results are reported, data is protected on your device.

Data from all these areas are brought together in eight separate management reports. Deleted records can be restored from the archive, an audit trail of important changes can be kept, financial data can be exported as CSV or PDF, and invoices and delivery notes can be produced.

The application defines the language, currency, company information and PIN during the first installation. It offers 15 languages, light, dark and full black themes, secret balance mode and optional biometric device lock.

Data is kept on the device in the current version; It is encrypted with AES-GCM before being saved, and the encryption key is stored in the operating system's secure key store.
