From production recipe to work order.

Examine how the production process, which starts with a product recipe, is completed with component control, stock consumption and finished product stock increase.

Production is completed with stock movements.

Production order; It connects the required material, the stock on hand and the product to be produced. Thus, the production decision is based on stock adequacy.

  1. When the BOM is defined It is known how much of which component is required for a product.
  2. When the work order is created The total material requirement is calculated based on the quantity to be produced.
  3. When production is confirmed the system compares the required components with available stock.
  4. If stock is enough components are consumed and the manufactured goods are added to the stock.
  5. If stock is insufficient production is not completed and missing quantities become visible.
  6. When the stock report is updated It becomes clear which material limits production and what needs to be purchased.
  7. When making business decisions It can supply missing materials in advance and reduce production downtime.
