Pre-Contractual Information Form

This form has been prepared, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), to inform the buyer prior to placing an order.

2. Essential Characteristics and Price of the Service

The essential characteristics of the service (scope, number of pages, revisions, integrations) are set out on the relevant service package's presentation page and in the order summary. The prices stated on the website are inclusive of all taxes, including VAT.

3. Payment and Performance Terms

Payment is made, in full or in instalments, through the secure payment provider available on the website (Shopier / Credit Card). Our company does not accept payment by bank transfer (EFT/wire transfer). Once payment is completed, the service's start schedule and stages are confirmed in writing.

4. Right of Withdrawal Information

As a general rule, the buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days in distance contracts. However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services that are prepared according to the consumer's specific requests or whose performance has already begun.
