The name and surname, company, email, phone, service preference, budget, schedule and message details you provide in the form are processed for the purposes of contacting you, assessing your request, preparing a quotation, and, where requested, establishing a service relationship.

The data is collected by automated means when you submit the form electronically. Processing is based on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract at your request, that it is necessary for the data controller to comply with its legal obligations, and legitimate interest, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. This form does not create marketing consent unless separate and explicit consent is given for marketing communications.

The data may be shared, strictly for the stated purposes, with technical providers that operate the hosting and communication infrastructure, with competent public authorities where legally required, and, where a service relationship is established, solely with the necessary business partners. Form submissions may be forwarded to the authorized user through DMU's Telegram-based notification infrastructure.
