Terms of Service and Sale

Explains how the packages shown in the store should be interpreted and which matters are confirmed in writing before a project begins.

Packages and Pricing

The amounts shown for each package are starting prices for the listed base scope. The final fee is set out in a written proposal once requirements, content volume, integrations, licensing, delivery schedule, and other technical requirements have been assessed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, domain name, hosting, advertising budget, paid plugins/licenses, app store fees, and third-party service charges are not included in the package.

Agreement and Commencement

Payment through the store link alone does not constitute acceptance of any custom request. The project begins once scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, number of revisions, and each party's responsibilities have been confirmed in writing. Requests outside the agreed scope are subject to additional time and fees.

Client Responsibilities

It is the client's responsibility to provide text, images, product information, access credentials, and approvals by the agreed time. Delays in these inputs may affect the delivery schedule to the same extent. The client warrants that it holds the necessary rights of use over the content and materials it provides.

Revisions and Delivery

The number of included revisions is specified in the project proposal. A revision means a correction within the approved scope; new pages, features, integrations, or changes in direction constitute additional scope. The delivery and acceptance method is set out in the written agreement according to the type of project.

Intellectual Property Rights and Portfolio

Subject to third-party licenses, the terms of use and transfer for project-specific deliverables are set out in the written proposal. Source files or source code are delivered only where expressly included in scope. Use in the portfolio of projects not subject to a confidentiality obligation is agreed separately in writing.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Support

For digital services, the terms of cancellation and refund are set out in the project agreement, taking into account whether work has begun, the stages completed, client-specific production, and mandatory third-party costs. Maintenance and support are included only for the period and scope specified in the package or proposal.

This page is a general working framework. The specific proposal and agreement signed or confirmed in writing for each project take precedence.
