Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is processed, and for what purposes, when you visit the DMU website or use our communication channels.
Scope and data controller
This policy covers communications conducted through the dmu.com.tr website, live chat, email, telephone and WhatsApp. Responsibility for these data processing activities rests with the service provider operating under the DMU brand, located at Uğur Mahallesi 848. Sokak No:56D-102 Konak/İzmir. Requests may be sent to info@dmu.com.tr.
Information we process
- Name, email address, phone number and company details you share with us during communication.
- Request details such as project summary, service preference, budget and delivery expectations.
- Live chat session ID, message content and the page from which the message was sent.
- IP address, timestamp and browser information that may appear in the server's security and error logs.
Purposes of use
- Responding to your request, carrying out a needs analysis and preparing a proposal.
- Establishing and carrying out the service relationship.
- Support, security, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse.
- Fulfilling legal obligations and protecting our rights in the event of a dispute.
Sharing and third-party services
Information is not disclosed to third parties for sales purposes. It may be shared, to the extent necessary to carry out your request, with hosting, communication and payment service providers only. Live chat messages are forwarded to DMU's Telegram-based notification infrastructure so that they can be answered. Purchase links direct to Shopier, and the map link and optional map view direct to Google. Each provider's own privacy terms apply to its respective service.
Retention and security
Communication records are retained for as long as necessary to conclude your request, carry out any resulting service relationship and protect our legal rights; they are deleted or anonymized once the purpose has ended and no valid retention obligation remains. Reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
Your rights
You may contact info@dmu.com.tr to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information about it if so, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its stated purpose, to learn the parties to whom it has been transferred, to request correction or deletion, and to exercise your other rights under applicable law.
This general policy does not replace the KVKK disclosure notice presented at the moment data is collected through a specific form.
